EYFS Teacher – Start January 2027

About the role

GEMS Founders School – Dubai South is seeking an EYFS Teacher to join the school in January 2027. You will help shape the early years curriculum and culture of a brand‑new British curriculum campus.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
• Assess and differentiate learning to support each child’s progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and the wider school community to create an inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field with PGCE and QTS, or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in an early years setting following the English National Curriculum.
• Enthusiasm for professional growth and contributing to a new school’s development.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of effective teaching, assessment and differentiation strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational abilities.
