Superintendent Construction – Fabrication

About the role

The Superintendent Construction – Fabrication will lead on‑site execution of fabrication projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule and to quality standards. This senior role requires strong leadership, coordination with engineering and project teams, and the ability to resolve technical and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all fabrication construction activities in line with project specifications, schedules and company standards.
• Coordinate with project management and engineering to align resources, sequencing and deliverables.
• Enforce HSE protocols to maintain a zero‑incident workplace.
• Ensure quality control throughout construction, complying with industry codes and project requirements.
• Optimize workforce scheduling, equipment allocation and material procurement to meet project objectives.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors, verifying performance against contracts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor staff, promote continuous improvement and foster teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in construction supervision, preferably in fabrication environments.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage complex site operations.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards and resource planning.
