Supervisor / Foreman – Interiors & Fit‑out

About the role

Crystal Fit is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Foreman to lead interior fit‑out projects across Dubai. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily tasks and coordinate site activities for interior fit‑out projects.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, and material usage on site.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards throughout the site.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve on‑site issues.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, adjusting resources as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience as a construction supervisor or foreman in the UAE market.
• Hands‑on experience supervising site workers and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out materials, finishes, and techniques.
• Commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Valid UAE driving licence; own car is an advantage.
