Supervisor – LPG Operations

About the role

The Supervisor – LPG Operations is responsible for planning and overseeing safe, efficient shift operations at My Station facilities in Abu Dhabi, ensuring LPG demand is met while complying with company policies and HSE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations to meet LPG demand.
• Plan, organize and supervise all LPG activities at My Station, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee continuous LPG availability and avoid dry outs.
• Prepare work plans, identify manpower, equipment and logistics requirements.
• Issue work permits, enforce safety precautions, and conduct regular inspections.
• Deliver training to the assigned team on station procedures.
• Report incidents/accidents and inform senior management of hazards.
• Liaise with maintenance to keep equipment, trucks and trailers in optimal condition following the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Analyse operational performance and implement improvements to optimise efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in LPG operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage daily shift operations and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and lead a team.
