About the role
Vertiv is looking for a Supervisor Mechanical Engineering to lead and coordinate the mechanical engineering team at its Dubai facility. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
- Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align engineering activities with business objectives.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the mechanical department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in mechanical engineering, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates without sponsorship.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
