Supervisor - Sales

About the role

The Supervisor – Sales will oversee field sales operations for Bisleri bottled water, ensuring efficient distribution of 5‑gallon and PET pack products across residential, HORECA and retail channels. The role is responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining market coverage and driving team performance in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B and retail segments.
• Monitor daily operations, deliveries and product placement in households, offices, construction sites and retail stores.
• Build and maintain client relationships and track sales performance to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure on‑shelf visibility, planogram compliance and promotional execution in retail outlets.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement and route planning best practices.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to guarantee stock availability and route efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE, preferably in bottled water.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver results across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of the consumer and retail landscape in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools and merchandising software is preferred.
