Supplier Order Management Representative

About the role

Overseas Distribution Company (ODC) is seeking a Supplier Order Management Representative to support its Antwerp/EU operations from the Dubai office (Jebel Ali Free Zone). The role is 100 % dedicated to managing inbound and outbound logistics order flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for duty‑free and travel‑retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supplier order processing for EU/Antwerp operations, including purchase order entry, tracking and inbound delivery coordination.
• Monitor daily inbound order flows using order‑tracking tools such as Ordereye.
• Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Business Central ERP for supplier orders and related documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams and logistics partners to ensure timely, cost‑effective shipments.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and warehouse colleagues to align order fulfilment with demand.
• Implement quality checks to reduce errors in inbound order entry.
• Provide backup coverage for the Antwerp supplier order desk during peak periods or absences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supplier order management, order processing or logistics support.
• Familiarity with international import/export processes; GTR or duty‑free experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an asset.
