Supply Assistant – LPG Operations

About the role

The Supply Assistant supports the Control Room team in all LPG handling activities, including loading, unloading, and bottling operations. Working under the supervision of the Supply Supervisor and Team Leader, the role ensures safe and efficient product movement while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in LPG storage and bottling operations both in the control room and on‑site as required.
• Perform LPG unloading from trucks arriving from Ruwais Refinery following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor off‑loading activities at the bay, record terminal data, and update shift logbooks.
• Prepare daily stock statements based on tank gauging reports.
• Collect and verify PDN/PTN documents, inspect vehicles before loading, and load LPG onto trucks according to schedules.
• Operate the weigh‑bridge through the Terminal Management System (TMS) for company and customer vehicles.
• Reconcile daily PTN/PDN and plant meter readings, and assist in preparing monthly contractor delivery reports.
• Maintain fleet utilization records and ensure fleet condition is reported.
• Update all shift information in the eLog – Shift handover system.
• Support HSE during emergencies, monitor fire‑alarm panels, and act as part of an auxiliary fire‑fighting team.

Required profile

• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and reporting.
• Capability to work in a control‑room environment and coordinate with supervisors.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies and assist HSE teams.
