Supply Chain Operations Representative – Dubai

About the role

You will be a central figure in the Supply Chain & Operations team, ensuring daily inbound flows run smoothly while contributing to larger process improvement projects. The role combines hands‑on coordination with strategic initiatives in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily inbound logistics from order processing to final warehouse delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to resolve logistical challenges.
• Supervise operational flow within the SOM department, ensuring quality control of goods movements.
• Maintain accurate administrative records in ERP and WMS systems.
• Participate in SOM projects, process optimisations and system implementation initiatives.
• Communicate proactively with external partners and internal colleagues across ODC.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Comfortable working with ERP and/or WMS systems.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and solution‑driven.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Business‑mindset with cost awareness.
• Bachelor’s level education, preferably logistics‑oriented.
