Supply Chain Specialist – Import/Export Operations

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Specialist to manage our end‑to‑end import and export operations for a portfolio of FMCG brands. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders and local authorities to keep our warehouses stocked and our customers supplied.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import and export shipments from documentation to scheduling and tracking.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders and shipping partners.
• Handle customs clearance processes and liaise with UAE authorities as needed.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts across the product portfolio.
• Monitor stock levels, flag supply risks early and propose mitigation solutions.
• Align supply with demand by working closely with operations, sales and accounting.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, landed costs and inventory data.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or import/export operations within the UAE.
• Solid understanding of UAE customs procedures and shipping documentation.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG or food‑and‑beverage import regulations is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / spreadsheet proficiency.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
