Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Dubai office and manage end-to-end supply chain activities for packaging machines and materials. The role focuses on procurement, logistics coordination and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments, updating internal systems with accurate data.
• Analyze demand and supply information to optimise order quantities.
• Liaise with vendors, logistics partners and internal teams to resolve supply issues.
• Prepare regular reports on lead times, cost efficiency and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging or trading environments.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience using Zoho Books.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
