Supply Clerk

About the role

The Supply Clerk manages the receipt, issue and distribution of supplies and equipment to support Air Force operations. This role ensures supply chain processes are efficient and compliant with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process supply requests, ensuring timely issue and delivery.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Store supplies in designated locations following proper procedures.
• Maintain records of supply transactions in logistics systems.
• Identify and address supply chain bottlenecks or shortages.
• Assist in forecasting supply needs to meet operational demands.
• Support compliance with Air Force supply chain regulations and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and work in office, maintenance shop or warehouse environments, including outdoor periods.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational skills and intermediate English proficiency (read, write, speak).
• Proficient with personal computers, Windows OS and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of supply management principles and Air Force logistics systems.
• Valid home‑country driver’s licence with ability to obtain a host‑nation licence.
• Ability to operate material‑handling equipment, including a forklift up to 10 k lb.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years’ experience in a supply system or a closely related function.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment and lift/pull a minimum of 50 lb.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
