About the role
Quest Marine LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Survey Coordinator to support its marine surveying and consultancy services in Dubai. The role involves handling survey documentation and liaising with various stakeholders across the maritime sector.
Key responsibilities
- Read, understand and compile marine survey reports.
- Coordinate with local and overseas clients, shipping agents, port authorities, and pass/permit offices.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in the maritime industry (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with communication applications/software.
