Systems Engineer – SASE

About the role

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer specialized in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) to partner closely with sales representatives across the UAE territory. You will support the sales organization on all technical matters from pre‑sales through post‑sales, ensuring customers receive optimal security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of sales cycles with enterprise customers, from RFIs to RFPs and RFQs.
• Manage project execution and actively participate in proof‑of‑concepts together with internal and customer teams.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, delivering presentations, white‑papers and technical plans.
• Maintain accurate technical information in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with regional sales engineers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a pre‑sales engineering role handling end‑to‑end technical aspects of deals.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and travel within the territory.
• Knowledge of security technologies such as encryption, authentication and network security.
