Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Systems Specialist to join the Technology Operations team at Miral Experiences. The role will oversee the administration, implementation, monitoring and support of our on‑premises infrastructure, ensuring security, resilience and alignment with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and optimise enterprise on‑premises infrastructure and services.
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments, including OS upgrades and patch management.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services and identity‑related services.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Administer VMware private‑cloud and virtualised environments.
• Oversee server hardware, storage platforms and related infrastructure services.
• Maintain email security, antivirus, anti‑spam and endpoint protection solutions.
• Support call‑center infrastructure and related technologies.
• Administer SCCM, SCOM, Intune and other endpoint management tools.
• Manage proxy and reverse‑proxy technologies to ensure secure connectivity.
• Monitor performance, availability and security events; respond to incidents and perform root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related services.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware private‑cloud administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Ability to handle incident management, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Understanding of security best practices and endpoint protection.
