Tagalog Speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

The Lemon Consulting is looking for a Tagalog‑speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for turning high‑quality leads into active Forex and CFD traders, providing guidance throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD products to prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into active trading accounts using consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify upselling opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about market developments and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Tagalog (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the Forex or CFD industry.
• Background in conversion or retention sales within financial services.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using trading platforms.
• Good knowledge of standard office applications.
