Talent Acquisition Advisor II

About the role

Worley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor II to deliver efficient, client‑focused recruitment solutions across its energy, chemicals and resources projects in the UAE. You will partner with business leaders to staff major projects, build talent pools and ensure a high‑quality hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cost‑effective talent acquisition services that meet business needs.
• Staff major projects and ensure compliance with Worley’s Talent Acquisition process and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external agencies.
• Build talent pools and networks to source qualified passive candidates.
• Collaborate with regional TA teams and the central Hub.
• Prepare regular TA status reports and manage communication with candidates.
• Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering, hydrocarbons, oil & gas or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven track record of staffing large projects and sourcing candidates in the UAE energy sector.
• Experience running social media recruitment campaigns.
