Talent Acquisition Associate / Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate / Specialist at ITP Media Group, you will own key parts of the recruitment lifecycle for junior and mid‑level positions, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers in a fast‑moving media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct first‑round phone or video screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Source candidates proactively on LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms using defined search criteria.
• Post job descriptions across internal and external channels and keep listings up to date.
• Review inbound applications daily, flag strong candidates and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Manage interview scheduling, reschedules and follow‑up communications.
• Track and consolidate interview feedback, following up with hiring managers to keep the process moving.
• Coordinate reference and background checks and support administrative recruitment tasks.
• Assist in recruitment events, hiring drives, university engagements and employer‑branding initiatives.
