Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to own the full recruitment lifecycle and support our hiring needs across multiple functions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong sourcing expertise with excellent communication to deliver high‑quality talent aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports, update candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support offer preparation, negotiation and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Monitor recruitment trends and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong interviewing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet tight hiring deadlines.
