Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment of high‑performing real‑estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai. The role requires deep knowledge of the local property market, an extensive industry network, and the ability to attract top sales talent in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real‑estate talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry networks and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess suitability, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Achieve recruitment KPIs, hiring targets and timelines.
• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real‑estate recruitment or talent acquisition in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and its talent landscape.
• Established network of real‑estate agents and sales professionals (highly preferred).
• Track record of meeting recruitment targets and hiring sales talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or another language is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
