Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are a luxury niche perfume Maison with a global footprint and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy across key markets. You will partner with senior leaders to attract top talent that reflects our premium brand and entrepreneurial culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the Group’s talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Partner with leaders in Dubai, Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong to anticipate hiring needs and support workforce planning.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all functions and seniority levels, managing role briefings, sourcing, assessments, offers and closures.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and conduct market mapping for competitive international markets.
• Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience that reflects the standards of a premium Maison and support employer branding initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams, managing external search partners and vendors.
• Oversee recruitment budget, monitor channel effectiveness and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including stakeholder management.
• Proven success managing full‑cycle recruitment for a range of roles.
