Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Chalhoub Group, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the talent acquisition workflow through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Attend briefing meetings promptly and ensure all requisitions are advertised on the right channels in an optimized format.
• Review, screen and shortlist applications within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, hiring manager feedback and agency usage.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies and talent acquisition campaigns.
• Provide accurate and timely information to candidates about the Group.
• Maintain precise recruitment records on DRIVE for reporting purposes.
• Drive high hiring manager satisfaction measured through surveys and feedback loops.
• Manage a portfolio of positions, including senior hires, and oversee monthly invoicing and agency spend.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing talent acquisition processes.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to meet recruitment SLAs and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Excellent communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accurate recruitment data.
