Talent Acquisition Partner – Middle East, Africa & Europe

About the role

Caterpillar is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Based in Dubai, you will partner with hiring managers, HR teams and business leaders to attract, assess and hire top talent for engineering, manufacturing, commercial, digital, supply chain and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, professional and leadership positions across multiple regions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, talent mapping initiatives and proactive pipelines.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, candidate expectations and hiring trends.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting governance, company policies and regional hiring practices.
• Support employer branding and collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑management and stakeholder‑influence capabilities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships through clear communication and consultative influence.
• Experience influencing hiring decisions using market data.
• Organized, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
