Talent Acquisition Manager – Non‑Education

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager – Non‑Education will lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and non‑educational positions across Cognita schools and regional offices in Dubai, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high‑quality talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and proactive market mapping.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and ATS usage.
• Support recruitment events, sourcing campaigns and contribute to workforce planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of full‑cycle recruitment experience across specialist and corporate functions.
• Proven ability to source talent for IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing and Admissions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills with senior leaders.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• In‑house recruitment experience preferred; agency background also considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media recruiting channels.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate management.
