Talent Acquisition Specialist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Ventures Middle East is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to lead full‑cycle recruitment for its Abu Dhabi operations. You will partner with business leaders and the HR team to attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a range of technical and professional roles.
• Source candidates through head‑hunting, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based, and behavioral interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job briefs and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
• Provide HR administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Solid knowledge of recruiting strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Experience conducting phone interviews, reference checks, and various interview formats.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
