Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Terracotta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the growth of its permanent recruitment and executive search practice across the Middle East. This internal, strategic position works closely with business development, management, and leadership to build high‑performing teams and expand recruitment verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and executive roles.
• Partner with management and business development teams to align hiring needs.
• Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple industries.
• Conduct interviews and ensure high‑quality hiring delivery.
• Support the growth of recruitment verticals and team development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in an agency or outsourcing environment.
• Proven experience recruiting across different industries in the Middle East.
• Willingness to be based full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.
