About the role

Wolves International Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fast‑growing Dubai team. You will play a key part in sourcing, evaluating and hiring top real‑estate professionals to support the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑quality candidates for real‑estate positions.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and expand a network of real‑estate professionals.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition or headhunting experience in Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Excellent interviewing, screening and evaluation skills.
• Confident communication and negotiation capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and candidate sourcing techniques.
