Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Next Door Real Estate in Dubai. This on‑site position focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring talent across the agency while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks and recruitment tools.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and produce recruitment data and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and closing candidates.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Effective use of LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and employer branding techniques.
