Talent Acquisition Specialist (UAE National with Family Book)

About the role

Our client, a leading private‑sector company in Dubai, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes. The role is based in Jebel Ali and is open only to UAE nationals holding a family book.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, selection, onboarding, performance improvement plans, and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate with external recruiters and agencies for candidate short‑listing.
• Arrange security clearances and other pre‑onboarding requirements.
• Advertise vacancies on company portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
• Oversee onboarding logistics, including travel, accommodation, email/IT setup, and site deployment.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare reports, and create performance‑review templates.
• Collect timesheets from resources deployed at customer sites and coordinate daily operational activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in technical recruitment (IT, technology, or cybersecurity) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, MOHRE, immigration, and CICPA requirements.
• UAE national with a valid family book.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from 17,000 AED to 25,000 AED per month, based on experience and grading.
