Talent Acquisition Student Worker – Dubai

About the role

Oliver Wyman’s IMEA Recruitment Team in Dubai is seeking a motivated student to support talent acquisition activities. This full‑time student worker will gain hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while developing a solid foundation in HR processes. The role is based in the Dubai office and follows the firm’s hybrid model, with regular on‑site collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates and conducting resume reviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain and update recruitment files and candidate databases.
• Prepare offer letters and provide ad‑hoc recruitment support.
• Communicate status updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program or holding a father’s visa.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Positive, proactive team player.
