Talent & Development Manager

About the role

The Talent & Development Manager will be based on‑site in Dubai and will design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes for BOUNCE Middle East. Reporting to senior leadership, the role supports employee growth, performance improvement and succession planning across all venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent development initiatives, including performance reviews, leadership programmes and succession‑planning frameworks.
• Partner with line managers to identify skill gaps, create training content and coordinate workshops.
• Facilitate training sessions, coach team members and manage the development calendar.
• Maintain and update learning resources and ensure alignment with BOUNCE’s culture and operational needs.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure consistent development practices across all locations.
• Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of development interventions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent development, talent management or learning & development within fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Strong background in designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes.
• Knowledge of succession‑planning methods and career‑pathway building.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Comfort working on‑site in an energetic, activity‑based setting.
