Tax Agent – VAT & Corporate Tax Advisory (UAE)

About the role

Join Simply Solved as a Tax Agent, delivering VAT and corporate tax compliance for a diverse client base across the UAE. You will work on advisory projects, health‑checks and high‑net‑worth asset structuring while progressing toward dual FTA Tax Agent certification.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review VAT and corporate tax filings for clients in legal, healthcare, real estate, IT, F&B, foreign branches and startups.
• Support e‑invoicing readiness and advise on tax implications of new company setups.
• Assess Qualifying Free Zone Person (QFZP) eligibility, document gaps and assist during FTA reviews or audits.
• Conduct corporate‑tax and VAT health‑checks for businesses around AED 50 M revenue, delivering senior‑ready findings.
• Design tax‑efficient structures for HNWI clients in ADGM, DIFC or DMCC and maintain ongoing compliance.
• Prepare UAE VAT and corporate tax registrations, deregistrations, refund claims and respond to FTA queries, audits and voluntary disclosures.
• Work toward dual FTA Tax Agent certification with firm support and take on increasingly advisory‑led client ownership.

Required profile

• 2–6 years UAE experience in professional services or advisory tax compliance.
• Direct interaction with the Federal Tax Authority (registrations, filings, queries or audits).
• Strong customer‑service and project‑management abilities; able to represent Simply Solved to clients and the FTA.
• Committed to obtaining dual FTA Tax Agent certification (VAT and Corporate Tax).
• Capable of explaining tax positions to non‑technical clients.
