About the role
We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead the corporate tax function of a diversified UAE‑based construction and investment group. The successful candidate will shape tax strategy, ensure compliance and support business transactions across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Corporate Tax compliance and reporting
- Transfer Pricing implementation and governance
- Tax planning and optimisation strategies
- Liaison with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
- Economic Substance Reporting and regulatory compliance
- ERP tax integration and automation initiatives
- Tax advisory support for business transactions and restructuring
Required profile
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or equivalent professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant taxation experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate tax regulations
- Experience within large corporate or multinational organisations
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
