Teaching Assistant & Cleaner (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to support both teaching and facilities operations at Regent International School in Dubai. The role combines classroom assistance for teachers with routine cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and tidy learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, student supervision, and classroom management.
• Provide one‑to‑one support to students who need extra help.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, waste removal, and restroom upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, corridors, and common areas in accordance with school standards.
• Report any maintenance issues to the facilities team promptly.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• High school diploma minimum; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting, supporting teachers and handling cleaning duties.
• Attested educational qualification.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Familiarity with classroom assistance tasks.
