Team Leader – Civil Condition Assessment

About the role

The Team Leader – Civil will head the field inspection team for the Civil Condition Assessment Project at ADNOC gas facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all condition assessment activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with ADNOC standards, Bureau Veritas procedures and approved methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily civil condition assessment activities at assigned facilities, planning and coordinating inspections according to the project schedule.
• Manage access permits, work permits and logistics, monitor progress and resolve operational issues on site.
• Supervise visual inspections, field measurements, surveys, concrete investigations and sampling, ensuring accurate recording of findings using digital systems.
• Review inspection records for technical completeness before submission and guarantee compliance with ADNOC HSE and QHSE requirements.
• Allocate work assignments, mentor engineers, inspectors and technicians, conduct toolbox talks and daily coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in civil and structural condition assessment, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
• Proven experience leading field inspection teams and managing permits and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC engineering standards and international codes.
• Ability to ensure HSE compliance and to stop unsafe work immediately.
