Team Leader, Contracts

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee the full life‑cycle of contracts within ADNOC’s maritime logistics division. The role ensures that all tendering, implementation and administration activities are carried out efficiently, cost‑effectively and in line with legal and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise tender preparation, evaluation and execution of contract documents for both routine and complex procurements.
• Manage post‑contract activities including amendments, variation orders, claims and dispute resolution.
• Develop clear Statements of Requirements and recommend optimal contracting strategies based on end‑user needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks and share progress analysis with the team.
• Assist the Department Manager with ad‑hoc tasks and deputise during managerial absences.
• Propose enhancements to ADNOC’s Procurement Policies and Procedures as directed by senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the energy or maritime logistics sector.
• Strong understanding of legal requirements, procurement policies and tendering processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance and manage stakeholder expectations.
