About the role
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader (and Assistant Team Leader) to drive performance in our Digital Banking Sales Process. You will lead a sales team, motivate members, and ensure targets are met while maintaining compliance with bank and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage a digital banking sales team.
- Drive sales performance to achieve monthly targets.
- Provide training, support and monitor team performance.
- Ensure compliance with bank and company policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in banking sales (credit cards, personal loans or digital banking preferred).
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a target‑oriented mindset.
