Team Leader – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as a Team Leader within the Food & Beverage Service Team in Dubai. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the outlet manager in delivering the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all operational aspects of the F&B department, including staff development and performance management.
• Manage scheduled shifts, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce Jumeirah Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to departmental performance plans.
• Assume full responsibility for a shift in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Oversee workflow, service sequence, and provide hands‑on support during service periods.
• Monitor cashiering functions to ensure compliance with Jumeirah cash handling procedures.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, following CSI and complaint handling protocols.
• Utilise customer data to enhance guest recognition and personalize service.
• Identify and recommend improvements to SOPs and operational processes.
• Conduct briefings, training sessions, and maintain up‑to‑date F&B knowledge among colleagues.
• Ensure completion of opening/closing checklists and weekly cleaning schedules.
