Team Leader – Housekeeping

About the role

The Team Leader, Housekeeping will support daily operations of the Housekeeping department at Atlantis The Palm. You will lead and motivate a team of attendants to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate daily housekeeping tasks and supervise their execution.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain assigned areas in line with resort operating procedures.
• Motivate and coach housekeeping attendants to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Hotel Management or a high‑school diploma (advantageous).
• Computer literate with strong administrative capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and commitment to exceptional customer service.
