About the role

JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is seeking a Team Leader to join its Dubai operations. The role will be part of a technology‑driven supply chain organization that operates warehouses, line‑haul, last‑mile and cross‑border logistics across more than 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver high‑quality logistics services in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate daily warehouse and transportation activities to ensure speed, reliability and precision.
• Support the implementation of automation, smart fulfilment and data‑intelligence initiatives.
• Promote collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement within the team.
