About the role
The Full‑Time Key Holder will lead a team of associates in a high‑traffic retail environment, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
- Drive sales performance through visual merchandising and floor supervision.
- Train and develop team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
- Enforce asset protection policies and store procedures.
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Required profile
- Assertive, analytical and trustworthy leadership style.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer centricity.
- Ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar store operations.
- Experience in retail environments preferred.
