Team Leader - Production

About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader – Production to lead and guide finishing operators and support staff in our Dubai facility. The role focuses on maintaining high‑performance standards, motivating the team and ensuring quality output in printing and packaging operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operators to execute jobs efficiently, providing clear instructions and hands‑on guidance.
• Monitor performance, intervene when output deviates from standards, and take corrective actions.
• Approve final finished products before bulk runs and oversee job scheduling.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for sheet‑fed, perfecting and web machines, tracking machine health and documenting activities.
• Analyse workflow gaps, implement process improvements and optimise manpower allocation to boost throughput and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE in Printing Technology.
• Proven experience and strong knowledge in printing and packaging processes.
