Team Leader – Retail Lube Operations

About the role

The Team Leader – Retail Lube Operations is responsible for planning and managing the efficient operation of lube services across assigned retail locations. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, achievement of sales and revenue targets, and compliance with ADNOC HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to ADNOC HSE rules, fire safety, environmental regulations and municipal requirements.
• Maintain clean and tidy facilities, coordinate with cleaning service providers, and report incidents promptly.
• Achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, and operational cost targets while managing inventory shrinkage and cash reporting.
• Implement price changes, train the team on upselling and cross‑selling techniques, and drive new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
• Plan and oversee all Retail Lube activities, optimise resource allocation, and ensure material availability and staff readiness during peak hours.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and develop manpower based on sales trends.
• Coordinate with finance, IT and business partners to enhance systems and support operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or service‑oriented environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
• Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, sales targets and operational costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan resources, recruit staff and drive team performance.
