About the role

Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team to exceed revenue targets for Pearson school qualifications. Drive growth by managing key partner relationships, optimising team performance, and representing Pearson’s brand across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment and qualifications expertise to the team and monitor sales activity.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets for school qualifications, tracking results and reporting on performance, pipeline and market trends.
• Collaborate with training, marketing and product teams to ensure regional plans support growth.
• Build and manage relationships with key partners, school groups and ministries to maximise opportunities.
• Coach, develop and performance‑manage direct reports, setting clear goals and fostering a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Experience in assessment, ideally with UK qualifications.
• Proven experience managing sales teams in education or a related sector with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• People‑management experience, including pipeline management, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Preferred background in school leadership.
