Technical Account Management Team Leader

About the role

RTB House is looking for a Technical Account Management Team Leader to drive the technical support and optimisation of advertising campaigns in Dubai. You will lead a senior team, collaborate with cross‑functional technical groups and help shape tools and processes that improve performance across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the technical support team responsible for the company’s business units.
• Launch, monitor and optimise real‑time bidding advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with the local head of technical account management and other technical departments.
• Develop and implement tools and procedures to enhance the efficiency of internal technical teams.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of leadership experience managing senior team members.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in digital marketing or retargeting in technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of online campaign management and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Firebug tools and Chrome DevTools for debugging.
• HTML and JavaScript development.
• Google Analytics implementation and analysis.
