Technical Account Manager - Cloud

About the role

The Technical Account Manager – Cloud will be the primary point of contact for du’s enterprise cloud customers in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing the full profit‑and‑loss of assigned accounts and ensuring successful delivery and consumption of cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with assigned clients, including revenue targets, profit‑and‑loss and contract renewals.
• Validate delivery estimates with operations and partners before any bid is submitted.
• Register all leads in the Lead Portal and manage them through the defined sales stages.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, update forecasts weekly and close ageing opportunities.
• Collaborate with solution architects, providing sales intelligence and ensuring governance after award.
• Monitor cloud consumption against the sold plan and drive expansion opportunities.
• Escalate pricing, discount or margin decisions to the Financial Authority Policy level.
• Identify overdue payments and work with Finance to secure collection.
• Utilise artificial‑intelligence tools to review all customer‑facing documents before release.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing enterprise cloud accounts or similar technical sales roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage profit‑and‑loss and meet financial targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management across sales, operations, finance and solution architecture.
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
