Technical Account Manager – Cloud Solutions

About the role

Alibaba Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers in Dubai. You will champion the customer’s cloud journey, ensuring operational health, driving adoption of Alibaba Cloud services, and delivering proactive technical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point‑of‑contact for assigned accounts, advocating for the customer within Alibaba Cloud.
• Provide proactive health checks, incident mitigation, and best‑practice recommendations to improve stability and reduce support costs.
• Collaborate with account management, support, consulting, and engineering teams to resolve technical queries on time.
• Design and guide cloud migration, HA/Failover, and distributed system architectures tailored to customer needs.
• Educate customers on new product features and drive further adoption of Alibaba Cloud solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development and cloud‑focused technical consulting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to work across cross‑functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
