Technical Advisor Maritime Cranes

About the role

Liebherr Middle East FZE is seeking a Technical Advisor for Maritime Cranes to serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries from global sales and service partners. Based in Dubai, you will support the sales and service of construction machinery and maritime crane solutions across the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for global sales and service partners.
• Schedule and coordinate local technicians and service staff on a daily basis.
• Participate in technical proposals and develop customized crane solutions.
• Collaborate with development engineers, product management, and other departments on projects.
• Create and disseminate service information to keep partners and customers informed.
• Travel occasionally to support international sales and service partners.

Required profile

• Completed technical education in mechatronics or a combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic technologies.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Service Engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, independent and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus.
• Open, honest, and friendly communication style.
