Technical Auditor Consultant – Immediate Hire in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Auditor Consultant to join our Internal Audit team in Dubai. The role involves leading end‑to‑end technology audits across our payments and financial services ecosystem, ensuring robust controls and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based IT audits, from scoping and fieldwork to reporting and stakeholder discussions.
• Assess controls in areas such as IT governance, cyber security, cloud environments, software development lifecycle, access management and network security.
• Produce clear, actionable audit reports and monitor remediation progress.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive meaningful control improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Information Security audit, preferably within FinTech, payments or banking.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are a plus.
• Strong understanding of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/27K frameworks and the regulatory landscape in the Middle East and Africa.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cyber security, cloud, SDLC, access management and network security controls.
• Familiarity with MEA regulatory requirements.
