Technical Product Manager – SkyCargo

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the SkyCargo product portfolio. Based in Dubai, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of cargo‑related digital solutions, aligning technical delivery with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical product owners, architects, engineering and service teams to plan and prioritize backlogs for program increments.
• Lead a team of TPOs, ensuring delivery of scalable, stable and performant technology products.
• Manage technical debt, non‑functional requirements and system enablers across product backlogs.
• Drive sprint and PI demos, visual release notes and adoption metrics to increase product usage.
• Maintain data quality in the product catalogue and coordinate with vendors for timely upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner in an airline cargo environment.
• Proven expertise in designing and modernising cargo platforms, with strong domain knowledge of the cargo value chain.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent Agile certification.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
